We are looking for:
– 3-5 years’ experience in front of house, restaurant or hotel service roles.
– An enthusiasm for food and wine, for sharing the knowledge you already have and a desire to always know more.
– A belief in “Guest first, always and every time!”
– A passion for building great dining experiences and connecting with everyone who walks through the door.
– An enthusiasm for working in a small team, and within a high energy and sometimes high pressure environment.
– A desire to grow as a hospitality professional day to day and into the future.
